Future software tools

ConformityDesk intends to develop practical software that helps teams structure guidance, records and conformity workflows.

In development — not currently available

Inside the practical guide

  • A systematic machinery risk-assessment method
  • Machine limits, lifecycle phases, tasks and foreseeable misuse
  • Hazard scenarios, risk estimation and uncertainty
  • Risk-reduction decisions, verification and residual-risk linkage
  • Editable worksheets and a linked fictional worked example

Designed to help you

  • Structure the work before documentation gaps accumulate
  • Make assumptions and decisions traceable
  • Connect risk assessment, measures, verification and instructions
  • Use controlled records across the machinery lifecycle
  • Recognise when competent specialist or legal input is needed
Important boundary: The guidance supports your conformity work. It does not certify machinery, provide legal approval or guarantee compliance.
A practical approach

Who is behind ConformityDesk?

Industrial experience with a practical purpose

Paul Klöcker is an industrial-automation specialist with more than 20 years of professional experience and close working relationships with Danish machinery manufacturers.

He has five years of experience focused exclusively on machine safety, including risk assessment, functional safety and machinery electrical safety. He has also taught professionals in these fields.

ConformityDesk was created to make machinery-conformity work clearer, more structured and easier to apply—without replacing the engineering judgement or responsibility required.

AI-supported. Expert-controlled.
ConformityDesk uses carefully selected AI tools to improve structure, consistency and efficiency. Published guidance and practical tools remain subject to qualified human review. AI supports the work; it does not approve machinery or replace competent professional judgement.

Software test versions

Improve existing machinery first. Build formal assessments when needed.

Try two separate guided tools designed for different jobs. Your test version data and machinery photos remain in this browser.

Existing production equipment

Safety Improvement

Walk through equipment, record observations and photos, flag urgent concerns, and create an owned improvement to-do list.

Test version status

Explore locally before subscriptions open.

The tools are working test versions, not an active subscription service. They support competent work but do not certify machinery, guarantee conformity or authorise continued operation.

  • Test version information and photos remain on this device.
  • No payment is taken and no account is created.
  • Pricing is proposed and subject to customer validation.
  • Future hosted versions will use secure EU-based storage and controlled access.
CE marking

Supporting your CE-marking process

The CE marking is shown here only to identify the regulatory context. ConformityDesk does not issue, approve or certify CE markings. Responsibility for conformity assessment and the declaration remains with the responsible manufacturer.
